All about the eyes
I'm not really one for a lot of make-up, I mostly can't be bothered to put any before work in the morning so I spend most days bare faced but when it comes to work on a Saturday evening I go all out and experiment with different looks each week.

Last week I went for a 'doe eyed' look, with a dewy glow and pinky nude lip.
BASE
I like to put a mosturising lip balm on first before doing anything and leave it to sink in whilst I'm doing my make up, it makes lipstick application so much easier.
For my base I started with my Illamasqua Radiance Veil and gently smoothed it over my face, concentrating on the natural highlights on my face such as forehead, nose, chin and just above the cheek bones.
For foundation, I used Bobbi Brown.
Contouring, I used Anastasia Beverly Hills Cream Contour Kit. TIP: The orange shade in the medium kit is great for disguising dark circles, just apply before putting concealer or foundation on!

EYES
I used my Urban Decay NAKED Eyeshadow Palette, using only 'Naked' in my crease and 'Virgin' in the inner corner. Blend the highlight colour from the inner corner outwards towards the centre and along the bottom lash line, this makes them look wider and creates 'space' between both eyes.
When doing the 'doe eyed' look the trick is not bringing the eyeliner all the way in to the tear duct, you need to begin the eyeliner just where your eyelashes start to fill out (please see picture below). This again, makes your eyes look bigger and further apart!
I like to put mascara on before applying my Eyelure Exaggerate 143 Eyelashes, make sure that when you apply your eyelashes that the glue is tacky and not wet as it will ruin your eyeliner!! TIP: Use tweezers to pinch the root of your natural eyelashes to you false ones, do this whilst the glue is still drying.
I finished the eyes off by applying mascara and gently sweeping 'Darkhorse' from my Naked Palette onto my lower lash line, bringing it up to the bottom of my wing eyeliner.
